At Ormarah, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared and handed over to the courier company for delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. However, please note that:

Delivery depends on the courier company and their operations.

Ormarah is not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or delivery issues caused by the courier service.

We are also not responsible for event dates, urgent deliveries, or any loss caused due to late delivery.
Shipping Time
Delivery time usually depends on the courier service and your location. Delays may happen due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Cancellation by Ormarah
Ormarah reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.
If the order is cancelled by us:

Any advance or partial payment will be refunded.

If the order was already dispatched before cancellation, the courier charges will be deducted from the refund.
Customer Order Cancellation
If a customer wants to cancel an order after it has been confirmed, the customer will be required to pay the courier charges in any case.
This applies even if the parcel is already dispatched or prepared for shipment.
Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.
Ormarah will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and the customer does not receive the parcel, the order may be returned back to us. In such cases, courier charges may still apply.
