Return & Exchange Policy – Ormarah
At Ormarah, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issue with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All tags and packaging must be intact.

A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
If your return request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us.
Important:

The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

When a refund is issued, the original delivery charges will be deducted from the total amount.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item (for example size or color):

The request must also be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

The same conditions apply (unused product with tags and packaging).

Courier / shipping charges for exchanges will also be paid by the customer.
Order Complaints or Issues
If you receive a damaged item, wrong product, or have any complaint, please register your complaint within 15 days of receiving the order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed after deducting delivery charges.
